Our romantic get-a-way included a candlelight dinner for two.
 Last year for my birthday Alan made me Steak Diane, and since it was probably the most delicious thing I've ever tasted, I requested it for our special candlelight dinner. I think I have a thing for sauces made with liquor -- but I'm pretty sure he burned off all the alcohol. :)
 So yummy...our candlelight dinner was very fun.
 I don't look so great because I spent the whole week in sick in bed and still wasn't feeling all that well.
I'm the next birthday girl with everyone coming up on Presidents Day to do dinner and presents.
Yes, I'm still having a small love affair with chocolate covered cinnamon bears.
 Pat and Wally brought the MC birthday pies. They didn't bring two because I'm a pig -- we had 11 people! And this way, I get a taste of both kinds!
