{"id":85,"date":"2011-03-19T13:44:07","date_gmt":"2011-03-19T19:44:07","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.brown8.org\/blog\/?p=85"},"modified":"2011-06-17T20:32:44","modified_gmt":"2011-06-18T02:32:44","slug":"percussion-recital","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.brown8.org\/blog\/percussion-recital\/","title":{"rendered":"Percussion Recital"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>As part of preparing to perform in the annual Day of Percussion that is held every spring, Clark was able to perform his piece <em>Nocturnal Opus 70<\/em> by Benjamin Britten in a Waterford percussion recital. \u00a0It was a long piece originally composed for the guitar, that took many months to prepare and was very challenging to perform. \u00a0He did a great job!
